This may seem like a silly question, but I'm fairly new at this. I've
been using POV-Ray for Windows for about six months now, and I love it
to pieces. Someday, if I'm feeling brave, I will post a couple of
examples of my work. I've also begun using Moray for Windows to gain
more control over things like bezier splines and sweeps. My question
involves a rotational sweep. When I create a cylindrical-type of sweep,
and attempt to use cubes to make flattened areas, all the cubes do is
cut holes in the sweep. How can I make a rotational sweep appear to be
solid all the way through? (Okay, I'm trying to model the secondary hull
of the U.S.S. Enterprise from "Star Trek".) Any ideas would be greatly
appreciated.
